Step 4 Project- Payment & Approval
Submit the initial payment (50%) of the total amount due by following the link provided in the email if you choose to accept the Quote.

Step 5 Send project specifications
You send us a copy of the document(s) and/or presentation that you wish to have designed and/or developed via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Step 6 Project Approval
We complete the project and send you a proof-copy that requires your review and a document approval form that requires your signature to for written approval.
You are provided with three editing request opportunities.
a) Approval (go to step 7)
b) Editing requested (go to step 8)

7. Initiate Project Finalization
If the proof-copy meets your approval sign the proof form and return it via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
Next, click on the link provided in the email “Pay Now” and submit the final payment, and once received, we will send you a completed project as well as any documents or items that you provided.

8. Editing * repeats step 6 (x3) to establish approval
You are requesting that we correct or edit the proof-copy. Note: You are provided with three editing request opportunities.

Important Please Read! The payment amount is 50% of the total project and is non-refundable, it is used to cover the labor time and set up charges associated with the project request.

We complete the editing task and send you a proof-copy that requires your review and a document approval form that requires your signature to for written approval.
