Can I request a rush to have a project completed?
Yes we provide rush service for an addition fee, which is dependent on your specified expected delivery date and time.
How long does it take to have a presentation project created?
For standard orders the timeline is 10 working days (Monday thru Friday excluding major holidays). For rush orders the time line will vary based on the design.
Am I obligated to purchase anything after I place an order?
You're not obligated to purchase anything after placing an order. If you do not wish to proceed with an order, you can simply not reply to the email we will send with the quote attached or notify the representative when they contact you.
What happens after I submit the order form?
Once we receive the order form, a TBBS representative will contact directly at the phone number you provided to verify the specification of your design request 1-2 business days - Rush orders vary based on the circumstances.
How long are estimate valid?
Our estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the written estimate form that is provided in response to all requests.
