A link is provided within your account profile. However, you can follow the link here to the payment center.
What is the format you provide for the final project output?
We provide the final project in the agreed form. For Documents the options are: Microsoft Word – Publisher 2010 – Compatible- Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) - Illustrator
What if I need changes once I approve the final proof or receive the final original of my design?
Unfortunately, you will have to pay a fee for any changes one you approve the final proof or have been sent your final original of the design. The fee will vary based on the change request. Normal rates are $50 an hour.
I found an image on the internet I like, can I use it?
We would advise against using random graphics you find on the internet. In many cases there is a strong possibility that they are the property of someone else, or if free they may contain coding (virus) embedded within the graphic.
How will proofs be sent?
Proofs are sent via email as an image attachment. We do not send proofs by mail.
