Payment and Order Processing Terms and Agreement


Submitting a payment using the online payment method the payee hereby acknowledges acceptance of Touched Be Blessed Services, Incorporates Terms and Use Policy.

These Online Service Payment Terms are a contract between you and Touched Be Blessed Services, Incorporated. Please read them carefully.


Initial Term
The initial term of a project service agreement commences upon acceptance of the Order by Touched Be Blessed Services, Incorporated hereafter also referred to as “Provider” from the payee hereafter referred to as “client”. It is understood that such date is the client’s project contract date. The Client agrees to pay Provider, without limitation, a minimum fee for services as specified in the Order which is not refundable. However, the client understands that a written proposal is required prior to the implementation of any project service tasks and objectives in which will reflect a credit of the initial minimum fee.

Orders for Services
You may order Services from Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. only if, and you hereby represent and warrant that:
(a) You are domiciled in the United States and you are 18 years old or older and; (b) Either (i) you are retaining Services on your own behalf and in your capacity as an individual and you have the right and authority to retain the Services from Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. pursuant to these Terms of Use and to provide information to Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. for purposes of obtaining and using the Services, or (ii) you are retaining Services on behalf of your company and in your capacity as an employee or other agent of such company and you have the right and authority to retain the Services from Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. pursuant to these Terms of Use and to provide information to Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. for purposes of obtaining and using the Services and you are authorized to act on behalf of and to legally bind your company to these Terms of Use. You agree to pay the total price for any Services you retain, including without limitation all applicable taxes, either by credit/debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc.

Payments and Order submissions
TBBS Online Store is secure; we use PayPal Payment processing which provides secure encryption technology that helps to protects you from, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
All billing and contact information must be valid; No order(s) will be processed if billing information is not accurate.

Payment method(s)
Online submission by Visa and MasterCard are accepted. In addition, with PayPal you have the ability to submit an online check. Please be aware that check payment orders result in a processing delay of 3 to 5 days which is dependent upon your bank or financial institutions payment authorization procedures. Once the transaction is complete, one of our sales representatives will contact you directly to proceed with your service and/or project request.

Taxes
For products that require shipping, we charge sales and use tax according to Federal, State and Local government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation

Order Processing and Status
Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. Within 24 hours after your service request has been processed, you will receive a Telephone call or email from TBBS Sales Team.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within 90 minutes of placing your order contact us directly, but please first check your email spam box before calling our sales department.

Payment Processing Issues or Problems
If payment is not received from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. If you fail to pay any amount payable hereunder when due, you agree to pay, in addition to any amount past due, interest accrued thereon, and all reasonable expenses incurred by Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc. in enforcing these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, all expenses of any legal proceeding related thereto and all reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection therewith.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event you have not paid any invoice amount by its due date, Touched Be Blessed Services, Inc., at its sole option , shall have the right to suspend all Services provided to the client until such time as all unpaid amounts have been paid by such Client.
