Maintenance Service Options
General Maintenance Plan
Unlike many of our competitors we include maintenance service with all web 
development packages, so that our client's are successful in maintaining a Professional Web Presence!
The General Maintenance Service have two plans.
- Standard "GS Plan": Quarterly Maintenance (15 to 30 Minutes)
- Premium "GP Plan": Monthly Maintenance (15 to 30 Minutes)
At minimum each plan includes:
Quarterly
- Small text changes (Changes includes editing existing text)
- Adding or modifying a menu item
- Changing page adding a section or category
- Uploading a new advertisement
- Changing a banner ad Adding or modifying a product in a catalog (E commerce Plans Only)
- Adding or modifying a calendar event
- Correcting or modifying an existing internal or external hyperlink
Monthly
- Page changes includes editing existing text (up to 2 pages a month)
- Adding or modifying a menu item
- Adding, changing or deleting an external or internal hyperlink
- Adding or changing a photo/image (Optimization-Web-ready images up to 3 graphics)
- Modifying or updating an existing category, plugin, module or component
- Adding or modifying a calendar event
- Adding or modifying a product in a catalog (E-commerce Plans only)
Note: the maintenance service does not include setting up email accounts, mailing lists, the design of new pages, program or database installations, graphic design , or consulting services; nor does it extend to repairs, associated with installations development or designs services not originally completed by TBBS.

Platinum Plus
The plan places priority web site support at YOUR Fingertips…
Two times monthly - You submit a change request form within the first 5 days of the month and within 24 hours our development team will spend up to 60 minutes performing the editing tasks you specified.
Includes:
- Modification of existing web-page content
- Adding New Pages /Removing Pages
- Change/Edit Existing Page Content /sentence, paragraph, graphics
- Correcting or adjusting page content structure /sentence, paragraph, graphics
- Adding – editing and removing menu items
- Updates to calendar or events
- Updating and adding frequently asked questions
- Add breaking news or upcoming events
- Update announcements, articles, etc.
- Validate and correct existing broken links
- Adding New internal and external hyperlinks
E-commerce sites only
- Image, Pictures & graphics manipulation and addition *provided by the customer*
- Replace images i.e. Pictures & graphics (Not design or redesign)
- Add new images i.e. Pictures & graphics (Not design or redesign)
- Email Address Creation
$45 a month (Annual payment required)
Pay As You Go
This is an impromptu service. We make every effort possible to accommodate any rush or emergency changes promptly.
Some of the services include, but not limited to:

- PHP Programming / Script Customization

- Graphic Design – Creation of PDF, Image, Pictures & graphics optimization *provided by the customer*
- Graphic Design - Flash Design and Animation
- Form - PDF Creation and/or Conversion (PDF creation and uploading)
- Design and Development of Video Tutorials
- Email Address Creation
$85/hour (billed at 30 minute minimum -increments of $42.50)
