Five distinct stages

Stage One - Consultation
This is the most imperative step requiring a meeting with you either, by telephone, web cam, or face to face so, we can learn about you, your business or organization. In addition, during this meeting we will discuss what you would seek to accomplish with your web site, your target market, budget constraints, and timelines for completion.

Stage Two- Proposal & Contract
Our team will prepare a formal price proposal included within our Web Development Contract packet for your approval. The packet outlines imperative details about our service, procedure, and available prices and any required payment which are due prior to commencement of the project. It will further include an outline plan for the creation, basic content, design, and technical functions.

Stage Three –Design Checklist
Once the signed contract and the initial down payment have been returned, we will forward you our Design checklist, which includes: A completion checklist that provides you with a list of things that we require for the design and development of your web site.

Examples: logo, images, text content, forms, etc. . . . This is extremely important that you provide the required information and/or resources within 48 hours to prevent delay in meeting the agreed timeline. Unfortunately, we will not proceed with the design and development until this the checklist is provided.

Stage Four - Design & Development
This stage commences upon the receipt of the Design Checklist This step takes your vision and uniqueness combined with our innovation and creativity the design your personalize website. Please Note that TBBS ensure we enable you with the ability to provide equal access to your site by implementing accessibility features throughout the design and development stage.

Stage Five - Review, Test & Launch
After we have conducted required testing of your website in house, we will meet with you for an overview, providing you with the opportunity to review your new website. In addition, it provides you with the opportunity to request corrections and/or modifications to the site prior to its release on the World Wide Web.
